Remembering Rasputin…

Today (December 30th) is the 100th year anniversary of the murder of Rasputin in Russia. I had the chance to visit Moika Palace (where he was killed) when I was studying Advanced Russian and Russian film at St. Petersburg State University (and getting in touch with my Russian roots). Within the walls of this palace, there is a detailed exhibit that explains the influence and death of Rasputin — but for me the best part of the palace is the charming little theatre inside (it’s my absolute favorite theatre in the world).
