While exploring the town of Matmata in southern Tunisia, I paid a visit to the troglodyte dwelling used as a filming location for Luke Skywalker’s home in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (1977). The location also appeared in the 2002 prequel film Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.
